As the first major investment in the emerging Tech & Talent District identified in the Downtown South Bend 2045 Plan, Colfax Corner serves a unique role to catalyze the revitalization of downtown and to align with the city’s long-range plan for prosperity in its urban core. The project is expected to locate 400+ jobs to downtown, with a direct economic impact of $750+ million over the next decade.
